Here is an amazing custom built, luxury home, built with quality, comfort, privacy, and family, in mind. No expense was spared, when it came to creating this gorgeous home. From the moment you arrive you will be greeted by the beautiful curb appeal. As you enter the home you will find yourself in the grand foyer, with its high ceilings, and rich Mahogany wood flooring. There are formal rooms, on each side of the foyer. In the gourmet chef's kitchen you'll find an abundance of natural pecan wood cabinets, granite counter top space, a Viking Stove & Oven, a Sub Zero Refrigerator & Freezer, a mini Sub Zero Fridge, next to the Viking Stove, & a true walk-in pantry. The kitchen opens up to the spacious family room, accented by the custom cherry wood entertainment center. In the back yard, following the sound of the waterfall, you'll find the sparkling blue pool and spa. In addition to the main house, there is also a large pool house. This yard is virtually your own private park.

Limited Agriculture within Urban Boundaries Only District
The purpose of the A-1 designation is to designate areas and allow uses that are suitable for larger residential living environments. The uses are generally limited to those typical of and compatible with quiet residential neighborhoods. The minimum lot size shall be 0.5 ac (net), unless required to be larger by other regulatory requirements, such as health and safety standards. The minimum lot size in the A-1 zone may be reduced if public infrastructure including sewer and potable water are available from either a district or a city. The A-1 designation is only allowed within urban designated areas as reflected on the land use diagram of the county general plan.
