Sellers share their thoughts on the homeThis house was everything our family of 4 could have wanted over the past several years. If we could pick it up and take it with us, we would! I must admit that the atrium was odd at first, but is now something we will miss. It's uniqueness and calming sound from the fountain were something we all grew to love (it's the coolest when it rains!) The open floor plan of the house and abundance of natural light is also great all year round. The overall layout with the bedrooms on one side of the house make it easy for the kids to sleep without having to be quiet. The neighbors on all sides are vigilant and extremely friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, and is a great environment for a young family. During the summer, we were in the pool nearly every weekend. A pool wasn't a feature we were really looking for, but we ended up loving and using it quite often! The backyard is also fertile ground for several different citrus trees.
