Planned Unit Development District
This district is intended to provide for a variety of land uses, such as attached and detached single-family residential development, multiple-family housing development, professional and administrative areas, commercial and industrial uses, institutional uses, and public and private open space and recreation opportunities through the adoption of a comprehensive development plan as set forth in the city general plan and this chapter.
