The Master Plan and supporting documents are intended to allow a diversity of land uses and standards in compliance with the intent and provisions of the Southwest Area Specific Plan, the Hemet General Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Hemet. This document originally provided the framework for development in the Page Ranch Master Plan. Future Specific Plans that separate themselves out of the original or Amended Page Ranch Planned Community may supersede this document.
