The gorgeous Country property next to city limits! Hello, I am 2636 Nance Road in Imperial. If you are looking for a country-style living while staying close to the schools and city, then you much visit me. I am amazingly beautiful. A very nice entrance gives a welcome home feeling. A spacious family room is perfect to enjoy with loved ones. Open kitchen with granite countertop, steel appliances and plenty of cabinets are desired by people who love to cook. 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 tiled walls showers are very desirable by every family. Outside stonework, a large concrete driveway, carport, beautiful gravels, storage, and covered patio are just a few of my characteristics. Very large front and back yards provide enough space for tons of parking to entertain your guest and host a party. More than half an acre of land provides plenty of space for your RV and sand toys. Property has city and IID water.

The purpose of the A-1 designation is to designate areas and allow uses that are suitable for larger residential living environments. The uses are generally limited to those typical of and compatible with quiet residential neighborhoods. The minimum lot size shall be 0.5 ac (net), unless required to be larger by other regulatory requirements, such as health and safety standards.
