Trails and Transit Oriented Development District

The Trails and Transit Oriented Development zoning district allows a variety of uses on the same site consistent with the Great Park land use category as defined in the General Plan. The Trails and Transit Oriented Development zoning district allows for a mix of residential, commercial, recreational and education uses that support a multi-use environment, and which are complementary to the Irvine Station and to the Orange County Great Park.
