Planned Community Combining District
The purpose of PC Planned Community Combining District (PC) is to provide the authority, regulations and procedures whereby large land areas can be planned, zoned, developed, and administered as individual integrated communities. It is intended that each planned community shall be planned so as to take maximum advantage of its location, environment, and physical features.
