Zoning
RR
Rural Residential Zone
The RR Zone is intended to provide areas for large-lot residential development in a rural setting where the residential use is the primary land use and any ranching, agricultural, or farming activities are accessory and primarily for personal use. Typical uses include detached single-family homes, accessory dwelling units, accessory structures, public and quasi-public uses (e.g., school, library, park), and other similar and compatible uses. This Zone implements the Rural Residential and Rural Transition general plan Land Use Categories.
