Single-Family Residential 2 District

The SF-2 zoning district is applied to parcels appropriate for single-family subdivisions which may include detached and attached single-family dwelling units with common walls. For attached units configured within two to three unit configurations, a planned residential development application is required. The allowable density range is from 5.1 to 10.0 units per acre.
