Use this for a weekend get a way from the city or work in one of the nearby cities from thirty minuets to one hour away. Also three military bases are out here. I call the area the Newberry Ranch area. It has 2 1/2 acre lot mini ranches well kept by neighbors. Our farmers here in Newberry Springs grow pistachios, pomegranates, alfalfa, grapes and some livestock. There are six ski lakes here in the area also. We ride dirt bikes, ATV's, horses, hike or just sit around and enjoy the sunsets and stars at nite. There are small personal schools, churches, two truck stops, a community center, post office, family center with restaurant. It's quiet and peaceful here and we like it that way.
