There is plenty to like with this property. Situated on nearly 13 acres, this home of nearly 2000 sq. ft. is ready for it's second owner. 16 ft. vaulted ceilings; formal dining room; master bedroom with indoor tiled spa and huge closet; mudroom/laundry area. Outside there are 2 shops, one w/ 2 roll-up doors an office and 220 v power; a pond that you can fill with the water from the high output of the private well or let the seasonal rains keep it filled; a creek that runs almost all year; hiking and walking trails; rv parking; and paved drive all the way up to the house. Oh, and one other important thing for the California horticulturist: Seclusion from the main road and plenty of room to grow your favorite garden varieties. Don't let this one pass you "buy".

FR-10
Foothill Residential-10 Zone
The purpose of the FR zone is to allow for the appropriate development of large-lot single-family home, small farmsteads, and related uses in the foothill areas of the county. Standards for the FR zone are intended to ensure that the development of homes respond sensitively to the foothill setting. Permitted residential uses in the FR zones include a single-family home, small residential care home, and an accessory dwelling unit. The FR zone also conditionally permits non-residential uses compatible with a low-density rural setting, including public and quasi-public uses, mining, animal services, hunting and fishing clubs, nurseries, and commercial stables. Animal grazing, crop cultivation, private stables, on-site agricultural product sales, and other similar agricultural activities are permitted uses in the FR zone. The minimum permitted parcel size in the FR zone ranges from 1 acre to 40 acres. The FR zone implements the Foothill Residential land use designation in the General Plan.
