Interior pictures to follow. A somewhat dated Oxnard Shores Beach Home with a lot of deferred maintenance, but So Much to offer. .. A short walk across the street. .. add a few more steps-low and behold it's the beach. .. Back at the house we find an expansive corner lot with room for family and friends to gather. A sizeable deck off the dining room offers peek-a boo views of the ocean and such great ambience. Garage is roomy enough for two cars and who knows what else. Driveway offers additional parking which can be such a premium at the beach. First floor offers a bedroom and bathroom, large family room, or at home office space. Upstairs we find a quaint kitchen, spacious dining room with access to the upper deck. A capacious living room with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling. Large fireplace at south end offers a cozy space for family to gather on those chilly evenings. Then comes the main bedroom and bathroom. Needless to say, each are expansive. A cozy nook perfect for another at home office is off the main bedroom facing the west towards the ocean. I could go on with descriptions of what awaits you. .. why not see for yourself. ..
