Permitted housing types in the LDR zones include single-family homes and accessory dwelling units. Non-residential uses conditionally permitted in the LDR zone include public and quasi-public uses, park and recreational facilities, personal services, and medical offices and clinics. The minimum permitted parcel size in the LDR zone is 13,500 sq ft. The LDR zone implements the Low Density Residential land use designation in the General Plan.
