Very much a fixer. Vintage kitchen/living area had two bedrooms added decades ago when there was an outhouse outback. Maybe in the 1960's a bathroom was added (such luxury!) and a 22x15 living room. Now double pane windows and an efficient wood stove. The woodpeckers have been very happy there so new siding is a must. Foundation has settled. Good sized walk-out basement with washer/dryer hookups but erosion problems and water damage. Healthy firs, cedar and oaks on sunny half acre with good access. Since the 1920’s, this family has had a love affair with Palomar Mountain. The star gazing has always been wonderful with our clear night sky. You can sit out and watch the moon rise, from the deck or living room. The Beautiful Moon… Such peaceful views, carpeted with daffodils in the spring. The family story will head our way real soon, meanwhile we’re looking for someone who would love to have a vintage fixer. The owner said, “It’s the perfect cabin to be warm and toasty during the snow that we always loved so much. When we would arrive, and the bones of the cabin were cold, we’d build a big fire in the woodstove. I’d always put a chicken in the oven, and often baked a cake. Before we knew it, the cabin was warm and dinner was ready.” What needs to be done? The woodpeckers have been very happy here so it is time for all new siding. Lots of room for your tools with a walk-out basement and laundry room. Come see if Bella Luna is for you!

RR
Rural Residential District
The RR Use Regulations are intended to create and enhance residential areas where agricultural use compatible with a dominant, permanent residential use is desired. Typically, the RR Use Regulations would be applied to rural or semi-rural areas where urban levels of service are not available and where large lots are desired. Various applications of the RR Use Regulations with appropriate development designators can create buffers between residential and agricultural uses, family or small farm areas, or large lot rural residential developments.
