Escape the hustle and bustle of city life…! Imagine coffee on your patio with views of oak studded rolling hills and wine in the gazebo, gazing over pastures and taking in the beauty of a gorgeous Paso Robles sunset. This extraordinary, peaceful, one-of-a-kind ranch on the Central Coast of California is close to town, shopping, dining and wine tasting with easy access for commuting, but still living the country lifestyle. Located in a very desirable area, this property is surrounded by vineyards/wineries (Sculpterra, Cass, Still Waters, Rava) and well-kept ranches. There are panoramic views from every vantage point, mature trees, shrubs and flowers throughout the property and plenty of flat, usable land. Features include two homes, shop, horse facilities and more. Each residence (3B/2B, 1900’+/-) is spacious, bright with oversized picture windows and have open floor plans. Both offer great rooms, fireplaces, well-appointed kitchens and separate laundry rooms. There is a tack room, wash rack and BBQ area that overlooks the riverbed, pastures and vineyards. Additionally, there is room for RV's with hookups (water, electricity and septic) and ready for your own RV and/or for guests…perhaps extra rental income from those traveling through town for a night or two? The equine area includes an arena, corrals/pastures, fencing, shade structures, hay storage and plenty of room to ride on the property or in the adjacent Huer Huero riverbed. Saddle up your horse, take a trail ride down the riverbed and maybe stop to visit some wineries along the way. Have I mentioned a chicken coop? Just think, fresh eggs for breakfast and you can grow your own garden for herbs and veggies too. The 40’x80’ insulated shop has roll up doors/man doors, power, water, bathroom, work area, room for storing "stuff" or wine storage? Speaking of wine, are you interested in a vineyard or tasting room? The preliminary groundwork has begun. This truly is a “must see” property to appreciate all that it has to offer. It has been a labor of love and years of hard work which has resulted in many options and great potential. .. perhaps your dream ranch, investment property with rental income, family/friends compound, hobby farm, wine or equestrian business?
