This Rescue ranch, nestled on 15 acres, offers up peaceful rural living while still being a short drive to schools, stores and restaurants. It's on the market for the first time in nearly 40 years and would make an ideal family compound as the property can be subdivided. There's nothing cookie cutter about this retreat. The home blends with the natural environment with its rustic looking exterior, but has been remodeled to include all of today's amenities buyers want including a gourmet kitchen. The property sits atop a small hill and overlooks a landscaped yard with a swimming pool and mature trees that is perfect for family get-togethers. There is also a large garage as well as a separate workshop that could rival any commercial operation. Need more room? A secondary workshop is plumbed and ready to be turned into in-law quarters or a possible ADU. And then there is the acreage - as far as the eye can see with views of snow-capped mountains in the distance. For those with horses and/or livestock, a barn and fenced pasture are also ideal. Soak up the sunset and enjoy life at a slower pace while sitting in an Adirondack chair on the patio. This is ranch living at its best.

RL-10
Rural Lands Zone
The RL, Rural Lands Zone, is intended to identify those lands that are suitable for limited residential development based on topography, access, groundwater or septic capability, and other infrastructural requirements. This zone may be applied where resource-based industries in the vicinity may impact residential uses. Commercial support activities that are compatible with the available infrastructure may be allowed within this zone to serve the surrounding rural and agricultural communities. Although agricultural uses are allowed, these lands generally do not support exclusive agricultural use. This zone is applied to those lands to allow uses which supplement the agricultural use. For special setback purposes, the RL zone is not considered to be an agricultural or timber zone. Minimum lot size designators shall be applied to this zone based on the constraints of the site, surrounding uses, and other appropriate factors.
