Charming two story corner house with welcoming living room and nice sized fireplace. Great location in the center of South Salinas: close to Hartnell College, downtown, high schools, grade schools, neighborhood parks. . The open kitchen has a lovely large eating area. Off the kitchen is a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedrooms are spacious and there is a loft that can be used as another sleeping area--kids love it. The two convenient bathrooms each have a shower over the tubs. The yard is low maintenance with a long driveway.
