3 detached homes on one huge lot, the 3 homes have been recently remodeled, 84 Riker Street is also on this lot. In between downtown Salinas and Hartnell College, highly desireable area of town. You could live in one and rent the other two homes to help with the mortgage. Great investment potential. Don't miss this one.
