Planned Community District
The purpose and intent of the Planned Community PC District is to: Encourage the use of modern land planning and design techniques to create developments integrating a mixture of different types of land uses; Realize the economic, social, and aesthetic advantages of combining different types of land uses in a coordinated community design, such developments to be of sufficient size to provide related areas for various uses, which may include varying housing types; commercial retail and service activities industrial uses; recreation, school, and other public facilities and other appropriate land uses.
