The first thing you will notice is the beautiful stained glass front door that opens to the super large inviting living room that has windows on all sides. This open floor plan into the living room, dining room, and kitchen provides the perfect place for entertaining. If you invite lots of guests you can use the huge front porch for more room. Gorgeous window seats in the living room are perfect for casual visiting. The super large kitchen provides a chef with everything s/he needs for making those meals we never forget. Down the hall we have two bedrooms and two baths. The bedrooms have awesome built in drawers and closet space. You will be impressed with the wood used for the built in storage. The primary bath has two sinks and a step in shower while the guest hall bath has a shower over the tub. The most spacious fenced side and back yards with privacy trees provide the most secluded space in the Park. I am told it is the largest lot in the Park! While this home needs your special touch to really make it sparkle, you will not want to miss out on getting this special home. Come take a look at see for yourself!

R-2
Medium Density Multi-Family Residential District
The R-2 zoning districts are applied to areas of the City appropriate for residential neighborhoods with medium and higher residential densities, to provide home rental and ownership opportunities, and to provide a full range of choices in housing types to improve access to affordable housing. The maximum allowable density ranges from 8 to 30 dwellings per acre, with the specific allowable density for each parcel shown on the zoning map by a numerical suffix to the R-3 map symbol see Section 20-22.040. Densities of more than 30 dwellings per acre may be allowed within the Mixed Use land use designation of the General Plan. The R-2 zoning districts implement and are consistent with the Residential Medium Density and Medium High Density land use classifications of the General Plan.
