The Moonshine Ranch is located at the end of Moonshine Rd. The property starts with the first house. This APN and house can be separated from the rest of the purchase. The house has been redone and has some beautiful views. It is located towards the...
top of the hill, and is very separate from the rest of the buildings and the Villa. The drive to the Villa is very long, has a steep turn, and leads to the bottom of the valley. The 6,300 building is by the road on the way down. At the bottom of the hill, Cowboy Town is to the right. The rustic cottages are very charming and were compared to the Bohemian Grove feel. There are two other very big storage buildings on the hill that seem more difficult to reach. The Villa is located across the creek. The compound is entered through a gate worthy of a castle. On each side of the gate, inside the walls, are the two detached guest suites. The path leads to the house. The gardens are beautiful, mature, serene, and were carefully designed. The Villa is a showstopper and transports us to the South of France or Tuscany. The main house only has one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is room for a swimming pool inside the compound.
This big property provides a lot in terms of possible uses, and that could be its challenge as well. Moonshine Road is a gravel road. It leaves cars covered in dust.
