Harveston, located between Margarita Road and Winchester Road, is a master-planned and lake-centered Temecula neighborhood with a walkable loop trail and Craftsman-inspired streetscapes. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Harveston Lake Park and the boathouse, where joggers circle the water and patio tables face the shoreline. Front-porch homes, pocket parks, and tree-lined sidewalks set a calm, orderly rhythm. The lake path links to community greens and playgrounds, keeping daily routines outdoors. Nearby anchors like Old Town Temecula’s Temecula Olive Oil Company, The Merc, and the Temecula Valley Museum add local flavor beyond the gates.

Harveston Specific Plan District

In addition, the purpose of this chapter is to establish uniform procedures for the adoption and implementation of specific plans for the coordination of future development within the city, consistent with this development code and pursuant to California Government Code.
