355 and 361 Webb Rd. Rustic wood home built in 1986 on 21 aces. Beautiful wood throughout. Has some deferred maintenance. Domestic well and ag well. The land is farmed with berries. Perfect for vineyards. Level land with water. An older barn that needs to be braced to make it strong again. The house has special touches that only a loving father could have thought of. The other parcel of 22 acres has a 3700+ sq ft unfinished home. Huge opportunity to finish and have two beautiful homes.
