This raised ranch home is in the heart of downtown Bailey, where you can walk to restaurants a winery and brewery. There are two bedrooms on the main level with a full bath. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a family room with access to one of two decks. The living room and kitchen face in a southernly direction, which means there is ample sunshine streaming in. This is important as passive solar will keep your rooms warmer in the colder months. The gas fireplace in the living room is surrounded in slate, with a tile trim, and crowned with a stunning wood mantel. Some of the features of this home include granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, solid wood doors throughout the home, 2 decks (upper & lower), a lower level build out that was completed in January 2023, is in close proximity to the schools, and is on public water and sewer. For the outdoor enthusiast, Bailey is best known for its many trails for hiking, walking, and mountain biking. The HOA allows for short-term and long-term rentals. There is a 3D virtual walking tour of the home - https://cvt.hd.pics/202-Virginia-Rd . Don't let this opportunity to live in the foothills pass you up!
