Positioned as the easternmost corner unit in the Morningstar Townhome complex, this large 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse offers some of the best views in the neighborhood, with expansive east- and south-facing windows showcasing the York Range, Arrowhead, and the valley below. Filled with natural light, the main floor features an open-concept layout with both a sunny south-facing deck and a private front porch to take in the mountain setting. Upstairs, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and incredible views from every room. The lower level has been finished as a flexible bonus space or potential fourth bedroom, complete with its own bathroom. Outside, enjoy immediate access to nearby hiking and biking trails, frisbee golf, and year-round mountain recreation. An oversized one-car garage and additional parking for two vehicles add to the home's functionality. This property is being offered AS IS and does require some TLC and updating, making it an excellent opportunity for buyers with vision to build equity and personalize. With outstanding views, great layout, and strong potential, this is a rare chance to create something special.

RSM
Residential Suburban Medium Density District
The purpose of the Residential Suburban Medium Density RSM zone district is to provide for moderate density residential development within the County's community centers, where transportation facilities, necessary infrastructure and employment opportunities are already available. This is accomplished by permitting development of single-family, duplex and multi-family residences on lots of eight thousand 8,000 sq ft or larger and by setting maximum lot coverage and maximum floor area standards appropriate for such uses and lots. The zone district also permits the development of small, convenience-type commercial uses to serve the neighborhood.
