Off the grid, house electric will run off either the solar or the newer generator & both are wired into house. 12 volt solar system consists of 4-6 volt batteries, 24 watt inverter w/ 480 solar watts capacity on roof. Generator only has 50-70 hours on it & supplies 5500 running watts. Water system incorporates a 1500 gallon cistern on hill, with gravity flow to laundry room & home, plus a 12 volt water pump in house to increase the water pressure. There are 2 septic systems; one for the house and one for the detached laundry room. There is a detached garage/shop with concrete floor and container storage next to it. The bath house has a washer and dryer (staying) and a toilet. A small greenhouse, another storage building & an additional wood storage shed complete the oubuildings. Another option would be to create a bunkhouse in the garage or reefer to be able rent out to hunters or others. There is also ATV ramp which allows easy loading!
