I love the house itself! And the location is ideal! I love the way this house sits on the property and the way it is landscaped. From the moment I saw it, I knew I wanted to live here.  I’ve made lots of improvements during my six years here. We have truly loved and cared for this house and I hope you can feel that. I love sitting on my back deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine listening to the birds. It’s quiet and private.  The interior is cozy and open. The new kitchen has been a game changer. Not only is it beautiful but it functions well--opening the space perfectly for entertaining large groups. This is a cul-de-sac neighborhood and my daughter loved walking to Canton High via the pathway at the end of our road. I love that I can walk to downtown Collinsville on a sidewalk to the Farmer’s Market or to open mic at LaSalle’s Market. So many neighbors walk regularly (often with dogs) so it’s easy to make friends in this multi-generational neighborhood. Mills Pond Recreation Center is just around the corner.
