Ingress and egress for pedestrian use only to the lake which shall include a path located on the far-left side of the property as you walk down to the lake. This path shall be fifteen feet wide for the initial two hundred feet (more or less) at which time it shall become fifty-feet wide (more or less) all the way to Bashan Lake. The beach area shall be defined as roughly fifty feet wide by seventy-feet deep. This easement allows for typical lake activities, such as swimming, fishing, picnicking, and using small boats or kayaks. There are no dock rights and any moorings must be at least 100 out from the beach. The actual deed will have a more detailed description of the easement rights but this summarizes the rights.
