Adjacent to the dining area is a sunny eat-in kitchen with white bead board walls and plenty of cabinets and drawers. Completing the cottage are a full bath with shower and a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Out the back door is a spacious deck with room for outside dining. The deck also includes a storage closet and an enclosed outdoor shower. A utility shed, perfect for storing beach gear and lawn tools, is an added convenience in the back yard. The Point O'Woods Association offers a number of amenities -- private beach, boat basin, boardwalk, pavilion, playscape, basketball, tennis and bocce courts.
