Seek a retreat from cars on the street, competing for space, suites racing to work, compute your commute, you need release, quiet and peace, large trendy townhouse, alley enclave, English mews and a slave to location but behaving in a way that makes dad want to stay, mom mad with envy, doubly-wide providing lovely size, and the consequence of newer construction, less expense, it's common sense, larger bedrooms, more closets for deposits, must haves like more baths, roaming flow, green space to grow, parking in deed, find it behind it, exclusively secluded beneath the Capitol Dome.
PARKING! Not your typical Capitol Hill house. Charming, spacious end-unit in a private mews. Multiple floor plan possibilities. 3BR/2.5BA; large LR w/ cozy gas fpl and bay window, dining (or possible family room) opens to garden w/ cherry tree. Renovated kitchen. NEW Windows & AC. Close to Stanton Park, Union Station METRO & lively H St corridor. Between 3rd & 4th and E & F st.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
