The renovations have just been completed on this cute 3-bedroom, 2-bath rancher with a detached 1-car enclosed carport/workshop just southwest of Georgetown. The home is surrounded by mature trees providing great shade on a lot that is just shy of an acre. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Updated kitchen with built-in microwave, smooth-top range and dishwasher. Traditional living room with fireplace including a wood-stove insert. Adjacent dining area and kitchen with a slider to the back yard. New full bath in the hall along with 2 nice-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an adjacent sitting room that could also be a great office or nursery. There is another full bath plus another slider to the back yard. The detached carport/garage only needs a door! This home is in great condition and is ready for its new owners.

AR-1
Agricultural Residential District
The purpose of these districts is to provide for a full range of agricultural activities and to protect agricultural lands, as one of the county's most valuable natural resources, from the depreciating effect of objectional, hazardous and unsightly uses. They should also protect established agricultural operations and activities. These districts are also intended for protection of watersheds, water resources, forest areas and scenic values and, at the same time, to provide for low-density single-family residential development, together with such churches, recreational facilities and accessory uses as may be necessary or are normally compatible with residential surroundings. The AR regulations seek to prevent untimely scattering of more-dense urban uses, which should be confined to areas planned for efficient extension of public services.
