High-quality new construction that goes well beyond builder-grade finishes, located just outside the town limits of Georgetown, Delaware. Set on a half-acre lot with a gravity septic system, this home offers space, privacy, and craftsmanship you don’t typically find in new builds. From the cedar-wrapped front porch posts to the carefully selected interior finishes, this home was built with attention to detail at every stage. The open-concept layout is bright and functional, anchored by a kitchen featuring upgraded stone countertops, quality cabinetry, and a layout designed for real everyday use—not just looks. Throughout the home, you’ll find thoughtful upgrades including tiled bathrooms, modern fixtures, and a cohesive, neutral design palette. The laundry room includes open shelving for added functionality and character, reinforcing that this is a well-planned home—not a mass-produced build. Located minutes from downtown Georgetown while remaining outside town limits, this brand-new home offers custom-level finishes, modern comfort, and room to spread out—without the compromises of typical new construction. AR-1
Agricultural Residential District
The purpose of these districts is to provide for a full range of agricultural activities and to protect agricultural lands, as one of the county's most valuable natural resources, from the depreciating effect of objectional, hazardous and unsightly uses. They should also protect established agricultural operations and activities. These districts are also intended for protection of watersheds, water resources, forest areas and scenic values and, at the same time, to provide for low-density single-family residential development, together with such churches, recreational facilities and accessory uses as may be necessary or are normally compatible with residential surroundings. The AR regulations seek to prevent untimely scattering of more-dense urban uses, which should be confined to areas planned for efficient extension of public services.
