The best of both worlds! Tucked away for peace and privacy but just minutes from major roads and shopping. This beautifully maintained home was built at the end of 2016 and has everything you need to move right in! The kitchen features off white cabinetry with a maple glaze detail, stainless appliances and a smooth top electric range for your convenience. The primary bedroom sits in the back of the home offering seclusion, a private primary bathroom with easy access to the laundry area and a walk in closet that will knock your socks off! Outside, there is a large low maintenance deck overlooking the farm that sits behind this property. The owner added a generous concrete driveway to accommodate your vehicles as well as your guest's vehicles. Best of all there is no HOA, so feel free to park your boat, RV or work vehicle with ease. Wait until you walk around the outside and see the well thought out landscape design. It truly feels like home and there is nothing left to do but move in!

AR-1
Agricultural Residential District
The purpose of these districts is to provide for a full range of agricultural activities and to protect agricultural lands, as one of the county's most valuable natural resources, from the depreciating effect of objectional, hazardous and unsightly uses. They should also protect established agricultural operations and activities. These districts are also intended for protection of watersheds, water resources, forest areas and scenic values and, at the same time, to provide for low-density single-family residential development, together with such churches, recreational facilities and accessory uses as may be necessary or are normally compatible with residential surroundings. The AR regulations seek to prevent untimely scattering of more-dense urban uses, which should be confined to areas planned for efficient extension of public services.
