Planned Unit Development District
The purpose of a PUD district is to offer a residential development alternative, which provides a living environment consisting of a range of living opportunities, recreation and civic uses, and a limited amount of commercial uses. Residential PUDs shall correspond to a range of land uses in the Plan.; The intent of a PUD is to promote imaginative design approaches to the residential living environments.
