The zoning district is established to implement Comprehensive Plan policies for areas designated Commercial C on the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map FLUM. The OR zoning district is intended to accommodate business and professional offices as well as single-family and two-family dwellings incidental to the office use.; The allowable maximum residential density shall be 13 units per acre.
