Victory, located between Downtown Dade City and the US-301 corridor, is a historic and residential Dade City neighborhood with brick-lined streets and a porch-forward streetscape. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Meridian Avenue and 7th Street junction, where courthouse-era storefronts, antique dealers, and coffee counters set a steady small-town rhythm. Architectural cues lean early-20th-century, with wood-frame cottages and modest bungalows mixed among newer infill. Pioneer Florida Museum & Village grounds the area’s sense of place with heritage buildings and seasonal events. The Dade City Center for the Arts adds gallery energy and workshops in a classic Main Street setting. Green space and sidewalks shape a walk-and-roll lifestyle that pairs well with a low-key, workday-to-weekend cadence.

RS-3
Residential Single Family-3 District
The RS Districts are established as zone districts in which the principal use of land is single-family residential development at a low to moderate density. These districts, designated as RS-1, RS-2 and RS-3, are intended to include land developed for low to medium density single-family detached residences and vacant or partially developed lands indicated in the comprehensive plan as proposed for such use. Within areas designated RS-1, RS-2 and RS-3, except for child care center locations, the nature of the use of property is the same with distinction being made as to lot area and width. The minimum lot area for a single-family uses is 6,500 sq ft for RS-3 lots. Complementary Conditional Uses are also allowed upon approval by the Planning Board. Complementary uses customarily found in residential zone districts, such as community facilities, religious institutions, parks and playgrounds are by conditional use approval. The regulations of this district are intended to discourage any use that would substantially interfere with the development of single-family dwellings and that would be detrimental to the quiet residential nature of the district.
