This home is seriously the most built out and custom home you will find for the money in all of Delray Beach! I have even attached an excel spread sheet showing the itemized work totaling $210,682.48 that was put into it. This seller added an additional 500+ sqft to the original foot print along with too many upgrades to list. The pictures show it all! Some main features include vaulted ceilings, a beautiful oversized top off the line custom built solid wood kitchen, high end appliances, with tons of counter space! It also has bamboo flooring throughout, hurricane protection, new electrical panel, new bathrooms, a huge custom built out master closet, and even the garage has customized storage. Seriously the list goes on, don't miss out on this one because it truly will not last long!

PRD
Planned Residential Development District
The Planned Residential PRD District provides a residential zoning district with flexible densities in which multiple family and single family detached dwellings are designed together so as to: promote improved design, character, and quality of development; to preserve natural, scenic, and open space features of a site; and to accommodate flexibility in design. Further, the PRD provides for implementation of the adopted Comprehensive Plan and, more specifically Policy HOU 3.1.2 and Policy HOU 4.1.5 of the Housing Element, which calls for the provision of a variety of housing types, and Objective NDC 1.2 and Policy NDC 1.2.3 of the Neighborhoods, Districts, and Corridors Element, which calls for the provision of planned residential development with single-family residential housing or residential uses with a mix of housing types.
