Single family home in the deed restricted community of Pine Run, which is part of Three Oaks. Enjoy the large bonus room and patio with a long lake view. Not only does this home have county water, but county sewer as well. The large front window has been upgraded with storm impact glass. New paint inside freshens this home for the next owner. Most of the appliances have been upgraded with stainless steel. Home is listed as a 3 bedroom home because that is what the developers floor plan showed even though one wall, door and closet was not completed as the developer used this as a sales office. Three Oaks is just off Three Oaks Parkway and close to the airport, FGCU University and plenty of shopping. It is an easy commute to both Naples and Fort Myers.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

RPD
Residential Planned Development Districts
The intent of the RPD District is to further the general purpose of planned developments set forth in Section 34-612(2) as it relates to residential areas. It is also the intent of these districts to provide a property owner or land developer with a development technique that can increase residential density and its ancillary development in areas designated by the Lee Plan as being in the rural or outer island categories, provided that the proposed development shall be completely independent of County-subsidized facilities and services, and that the project will not have an adverse economic, environmental, fiscal or social impact to its surrounding environs or to the County. The principal use of any residential or mobile home planned development is human habitation in permanent year-round dwelling units. However, the RPD District permit some limited nonresidential uses for the convenience of the residents and the welfare of the public.
