One or more photo(s) has been virtually staged. A rare opportunity to own a private 5.2-acre legacy estate designed for equestrian living, sustainability, and refined country comfort. Fully cleared and agriculturally zoned, this gated and fully fenced property offers exceptional privacy buffers and usable land rarely found at this level. Positioned behind a secure entry with a circular driveway, the property includes a two-car garage and a separate two-car carport, providing abundant covered parking and flexibility for vehicles, farm equipment, and guests. The entire home and grounds are powered by a whole-house solar system, delivering long-term efficiency and energy independence. A whole-house backup generator, comprehensive water filtration system, 40-year architectural shingle roof, and new HVAC further reinforce the property’s turnkey integrity and self-sustaining design. Inside, the 4-bedroom, 4-bath main home blends timeless materials with functional elegance. Solid cherry flooring anchors the primary living areas, while solid bamboo enhances the bedrooms, and ceramic tile defines the kitchen. The layout offers both openness and defined spaces, creating an ideal balance for everyday living and elevated entertaining. The primary suite is thoughtfully appointed with dual vanities and an expansive dual-entry shower, creating a true retreat experience. The main bath features a jetted Jacuzzi tub, adding spa-inspired comfort for family or guests. Outdoors, the estate transitions into a private resort setting. A custom-built barbecue area, pool, and hot tub provide a luxury gathering space framed by open skies and expansive pasture views. The acreage is fully usable and thoughtfully improved with a barn, horse stable, and gazebo — ready for horses, livestock, hobby farming, or future enhancements. A beautifully appointed custom home office features built-in shelving, bespoke cabinetry, and rich wood accents, creating a distinguished executive workspace that balances productivity and sophistication. A separate on-site 1-bedroom, 1-bath dwelling offers valuable flexibility for multigenerational living, guest accommodations, rental income, or dedicated farm management quarters. This is more than acreage — it is a generational property offering privacy, infrastructure, and long-term sustainability in one cohesive estate setting. Opportunities to acquire fully usable, agriculturally zoned land with this level of improvement and independence are increasingly rare. NO HOA! Schedule your showing today as this won't last long!
