Biscayne Terrace, located between Biscayne Boulevard and the Arlington Expressway, is a residential and waterfront-adjacent Jacksonville neighborhood with mid-century ranch homes and a canal-laced street grid. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Merrill Road corridor near the Arlington Expressway ramps, where small storefront plazas, service counters, and everyday errands set the pace. Low-slung houses, broad lawns, and mature shade trees give the blocks a calm, established feel. Nearby water views and boat traffic along the Arlington River and Intracoastal Waterway shape the local geography. A short drive connects to the riverwalk energy of the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens and the marina scene at Arlington Marina.
