The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the 103rd Street and Ricker Road intersection, where strip plazas, taquerias, barbershops, and everyday services set a steady, local rhythm. Community pillars include the Jacksonville Farmers Market, the Murray Hill Theatre, and the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.
