Incredible waterfront property with almost 35 acres on Little Clapboard Creek. Don't let the ''Little'' fool you. The waterway is wide and deep with a dock and fish house (as-is). A concrete bulkhead lines the waterway. Salt water marshes surround the property on two sides providing privacy and gorgeous views. Located in the center of the property is a spring fed lake filled with Brim and Bass. Towering oaks draped with moss dot the property. The underbrush has been cleared. Perfect for a waterfront estate or develop into a marsh front community. Former developer had approval for 18 homesites. Access to utilities. Don't miss this beautiful waterfront acreage located across from a bird sanctuary! Bank foreclosure. Acreage figures are approximate. Buyer to verify.
