Welcome to a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offering 2,117 sq ft of living space with peaceful views of the adjoining pond. Nestled in a quiet and serene setting, this home offers the best of both worlds: a calm, nature-filled backdrop with wonderful neighbors and a welcoming community, yet just minutes from grocery stores, schools, and I-10 for easy commuting. Inside, you'll find a spacious floor plan with bright, open living areas that provide plenty of room for everyday living and entertaining. The pond creates a calming view from the backyard, offering a relaxing way to start or end your day. Key updates include a newer roof replaced in 2023, a 1-year-old HVAC system, and a water heater replaced in 2025, giving you added peace of mind. While the property spans over an acre by survey, a portion extends into the pond, keeping maintenance low while preserving the beautiful open scenery. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat this is your perfect home.

This beautifully maintained split bedroom 3/2 home is like new. It has lots of upgrades, hardwood floors, specialty sinks, fans and extras, galore! All brick home backs up to large pond, stocked with bass and bream. Over 1.2 acres and the HOA maintains the pond and land on the other side. Quiet, deed-restricted neighborhood that's convenient to I-10 and only 12 miles, straight shot, to Downtown Jacksonville. Glen Eagle has a newer public library at its entrance, and the neighborhood is extremely well-maintained. This won't last long in the depleted home market. You must see it! *Check out the 3D Video on the Virtual Tour link.
