You will want to check out the 3D tour for this Jewel! Salt-water pool home that has been completely updated without losing the charming character that you can expect from this St. Nicholas neighborhood. Just steps from the water and public boat ramp so bring your boat or RV! The pool is practically brand new, just put in last year! As you step into the living room, you will notice that this home is loved. Plantation shutters adorn the windows, which allows plenty of natural light to pour in. Off the living room, there is an office or flex space that has its own exterior double door entrance. The dining room adjoins the kitchen, which is updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and tasteful subway tile backsplash. Your backyard oasis welcomes you from th fully screened back porch that overlooks the perfectly manicured and shaded private back yard. Plenty of room for entertaining guests! Usually homes from this era don't have much storage but don't worry about that because the owners have added extra storage in the hall. Both secondary bedrooms are connected by a full jack and Jill bathroom and notice the classic octagon floor tiles that really show the character. The master bedroom is a good size with a fully updated bathroom as well! Roof is set to be replaced and plumbing and electric have all been updated for you too so what are you waiting for! Welcome home!
