Regency, located between Arlington and Southside, is a commercial and residential Jacksonville neighborhood with the Regency Square area and a web of wide boulevards. The neighborhood’s energy concentrates around the Atlantic Boulevard and Monument Road corridor, where big-box retail pads, casual eateries, and auto-oriented storefronts line the roadway. Mid-century subdivisions sit behind tree-lined streets, while newer apartment communities cluster near shopping centers. Regency Square Mall remains a defining landmark, even as surrounding parcels shift toward mixed retail and services. Nearby parks and the Arlington River corridor add pockets of green to the built-up landscape.
