This is the long time home of creative people who believed in generous living spaces. Just west of one of Jacksonville's premier universities, JU, and only minutes from both 1-295 and shopping, this concrete block, 3182 square ft. home is 4 beds, 3 baths, including a huge vaulted ceiling loft space with ensuite, private balcony and walk-in storage closet. Space could be the perfect office, guest suite, playroom, or photography/Art studio. Original part of the home boasts beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen has plenty of storage and adjoins a sunken family room which leads out through French doors to the back yard grotto and mature landscaping. Two story man cave or she shed completes the picture.
