Nice starter home or investment property, on 1/3 acre (a double lot). This home features a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a full set of appliances, a family room with laminate floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. New roof in 2016. Front windows replaced in 2018. A new water heater in 2017. A new well pump in 2019 and a septic tank inspection in 2017. One bedroom does not have a closet, but it is listed in the tax parcel as a BR. The home needs new flooring in the bedrooms and hall and the pricing reflects the need for new flooring, therefore the home is being sold in AS-IS condition. The home is priced below the market because the Owner needs to relocate to Ohio due to family needs and she does not have the time nor the $$ to finish replacing the flooring job she began.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
