Well-maintained very clean property with a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch style brick house sitting on approx. 2.85 PICTURESQUE ACRES in a country-like peaceful area of west Duval County. It’s not far from I-10 though, so city conveniences are close by. Pecan trees & fig trees dot this beautiful slice of heaven on earth. You’ll enjoy the Sun Porch & a screen Porch that provide great places to relax & sit a spell. A detached 1,120SF 3 car garage & a 28x30 carport/pole barn, plus a concrete RV covered parking pad provide plenty of storage options for all your vehicles, equipment & tools. There’s also a dog kennel area & several handy sheds. 2 600ft deep wells provide water. A durable, long lasting (& expensive) metal roof overhangs the shady front porch, just waiting for your rocking chairs chairs
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
