About Forest
Trails
Forest Trails, located between Kernan Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard, is a residential and suburban Jacksonville neighborhood with a wooded setting and winding cul-de-sacs. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Kernan Blvd & Beach Blvd corridor, where everyday errands cluster among local eateries and low-key storefronts. Home styles lean toward late-20th-century Florida builds with screened lanais, mature trees, and pocket ponds that shape the streetscape. Nearby greenspace and multi-use paths set a steady rhythm for walks and bike rides. The Beaches Museum and History Park adds a cultural counterpoint a short drive east. For a local night out, Reve Brewing and Southern Swells Brewing Co. anchor the craft scene near the coast.
