This is the kind of home that just feels right from the moment you arrive. Set at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers 1,737 square feet of smart, comfortable living with a two car garage and peaceful water views behind you. Inside, the layout is open, bright, and built for real life. The kitchen flows directly into the main living space, making it easy to cook, gather, and stay connected whether it is a quiet night in or friends over for the weekend. Natural light fills the living room and leads straight to the screened lanai, where mornings start slow and evenings wind down while looking out over the water with no rear neighbors. The primary suite is spacious and calm, offering a private retreat with a clean, modern bathroom that feels more relaxing than routine. Additional bedrooms provide flexibility for guests, kids, or a home office. Located in the Longleaf subdivision, residents enjoy access to two community pools, sidewalks, and a setting that balances privacy with connection. This is not just a house, it is a smart move for anyone who wants space, views, and a home that fits real life.
